Gilbert Santacruz is responsible for managing, administering, and customizing Acclaim’s Energy Dynamics CRM system. He graduated with a bachelor’s in computer engineering technologies from ITESM and an MBA from ITESO. He’s a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applications Specialist and a Microsoft Certified Dynamics Specialist.

Gilbert has over 13 years of experience in the IT sector, having worked as a CRM functional consultant at Softtek, consulting coordinator at ho1a communications, and scrum master at EPAM. He has participated in CRM implementation projects for different sectors, such as Finance, Government, Telecommunications, Education, and Real Estate.
