Talent Management Advisor
Francisco Quintana is Human Resources Director for Acclaim Energy. He has over 25 years of experience in talent management and business consulting. In his most recent experience, Francisco was Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition, Mobility and Development for North America in Schneider Electric, where he provided Human Resources services to several business units in Mexico, the US and Canada.
Previously, he led the Talent and Organization practice for the Industry Division at Accenture Mexico, collaborating with multinational companies in the food and beverage, agribusiness, mining, and consumer goods sectors. While there he supported transformation projects such as HR Information Systems implementation, organizational restructuring, design and launch of shared services centers, identification and development of key talent, and high impact organizational change management.
Earlier in his career, he was Corporate Manager for Personnel Planning and Development in Grupo Bimbo, the largest bread-producing company in the world, where he was responsible for coordinating the performance and development management cycle for more than 1,700 executives in the 5 business units globally.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an Entrepreneurial Finance specialty from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, and a double Executive MBA degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey and the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned the George Kozmetsky Award to Academic Excellence. He is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator methodology by Human Development Solutions in Mexico and holds a certificate in the ADKAR change management methodology by Prosci in the US.
