Ana Herrera is Human Resources Manager for Acclaim Energy Mexico, where she focuses on the talent management in Mexico and the United States, develops corporate processes, and she leads the building the organizational culture based on Acclaim’s values. Ana has several years of experience areas as Human Resources, Media Communication and Project Management.

Ana is the co-author of the book “The challenges of today’s women: between work demands and personal care” published in 2012 by Editorial Coatlicue; She has a degree in International Business from TecMilenio University of the TEC of Monterrey System (2016). In addition, she has a Master’s Degree in Neuromarketing, from the International University of La Rioja in 2021. Among her more recent studies, she finished the Diploma in Strategic Training for High Performance Managers at TEC de Monterrey on 2021 and she also got a certification in Human Resources by CONARH in March 2023.

Prior to joining Acclaim Energy, Ana hosted a TV magazine program “Contemporáneo” and served as a news anchor for the afternoon and evening newscast “Impacto Noticias” on the television network Impactovisión. She is certified by Toastmasters International as a DTM and has extensive experience as a speaker and trainer in various government and private platforms, including Chambers and Universities. President of the Binational Business Congress in its three editions (2019-2021)

Her career in the talent management, media and leadership has led her to contribute to the businesses development in different states of the Mexican Republic.
