Naomi Monserrat Aguirre Rivera is a Senior Operations Analyst at Acclaim Energy. Prior to being promoted to this role she served Acclaim as Data Governance Analyst. Previously, she served as Coordinator of Energy Planning and Information at the Energy Agency for the State of Jalisco, a decentralized public body of the state executive power, where she was responsible for planning and managing both digital platforms and projects of the Agency, as well as collecting relevant energy information in the state.

She graduated from the Energy Engineering program at the University of Guadalajara, where she led the student chapter “Student Energy at UdeG,” winning the prize for “Good Practices of Youth for the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),” awarded by the Mexican Youth Institute (Imjuve).

Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Guadalajara, and has completed diplomas in “Carbon Markets,” “Photovoltaic Systems in Distributed Generation,” “Grid Code,” “Energy Efficiency,” “Social Entrepreneurship,” and more.

She has 4 years of experience in the energy sector and is passionate about the arts, science, technology, environmental conservation, and animals.
